Earnshaw Launches "10 Point Plan" for Strengthening East of England

East of England Liberal Democrat European Selection Candidate Earnshaw Palmer has launched a 10 point plan for strengthening the region, which he would follow if elected as an MEP. The plan is designed to strengthen strong support base in the region to increase the number of elected representatives, by working with the regional Party, Local Parties and PPCs across the area.
